Couldn’t be happier with Chelsey and her team at Wilson Realty Agents. As property managers they are very knowledgeable, experienced, super responsive, and what’s best they have made the whole experience quite simple and easy for us as first time investors. Couldn’t recommend Chelsey and her team more…

Chelsea at Wilson Property is the best property manager I’ve ever had in all the years I rented. Communication is always good, any issues or maintenance are always followed up quickly and efficiently. Chelsea was reliable, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident that everything was being taken care of. Highly recommend.

Working with Chelsey at Wilson Realty Agents has been such a great experience for us, we have truly felt supported and prioritized every step of the way. This was my partner & I’s first time renting in QLD together so we really wanted to find something perfect, everything fell into place when we came across our particular rental property with Wilson Realty. Chelsey makes everything really easy with reliable, professional and prompt communication - which has really made us feel so considered as renters. It’s that genuine and personal experience that I think is rare to find these days in the market. I would (and have done!) recommend Chelsey with the highest confidence for anyone seeking property guidance in the future!

As a tenant myself, Chelsey has been nothing short of wonderful to deal with. All of my requests and questions have been responded to promptly & in the friendliest of manners which is often not the case when it comes to property managers.
